1. Real openings only. Every vacancy you publish through this account must be an active, current opening that genuinely exists within your organisation. Placeholder listings, expired postings left live, or ads for roles that don't exist are not permitted.
2. Never collect money from candidates. In line with the rules set by the UAE's Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), you may not ask a job seeker for money at any point in the hiring process — whether that's framed as a visa charge, a medical-test fee, a training deposit, or any other "processing" cost. Recruitment on this platform is free for candidates, full stop.
3. Hire under your own license. You're confirming that you're recruiting under your own valid UAE trade license, or that you hold a proper UAE recruitment-agency license if you're hiring on behalf of others. Unlicensed intermediaries are not permitted to use this platform.
4. If this pledge is broken. Breaching it — attempting to charge, mislead, or otherwise take advantage of a job seeker — leads to your company account being suspended immediately and permanently. Where warranted, we may also share your company's registration details and account activity with the relevant UAE authorities, including Dubai Police's e-Crime department and MOHRE, in line with the UAE's cybercrime and labour legislation, including Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations.

٢. عدم تحصيل أي مبلغ من الباحثين عن عمل: بما يتوافق مع لوائح وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين (MOHRE)، لا يجوز لك مطالبة أي باحث عن عمل بدفع أي مبلغ في أي مرحلة من مراحل التوظيف — سواء تحت مسمى رسوم التأشيرة، أو الفحص الطبي، أو التدريب، أو أي "رسوم معالجة" أخرى. التوظيف عبر هذه المنصة مجاني تمامًا للباحثين عن عمل.
٣. التوظيف بموجب ترخيصك الخاص: تقر بأنك توظف بموجب رخصتك التجارية السارية في دولة الإمارات، أو أنك تحمل ترخيصًا ساريًا لمزاولة نشاط التوظيف إذا كنت توظف نيابة عن جهات أخرى. لا يُسمح للوسطاء غير المرخصين باستخدام هذه المنصة.
٤. الإجراء في حال المخالفة: يؤدي الإخلال بهذا التعهد إلى تعليق حساب شركتك فورًا وبشكل نهائي. وقد نقوم أيضًا، عند الاقتضاء، بمشاركة بيانات تسجيل شركتك ونشاط حسابها مع الجهات المعنية في دولة الإمارات، بما في ذلك إدارة الأمن الإلكتروني بشرطة دبي ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، وفقًا لقوانين مكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونية وقوانين العمل في الدولة، بما في ذلك المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٣٣ لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن تنظيم علاقات العمل.
