Proper Use of the Website

uaejobnest.com aggregates and hosts job listings submitted by employers and recruiters across the UAE, alongside listings pulled in from partner job feeds. We do not employ candidates directly, and we are not a party to any hiring process. When you click "Apply Now" on a listing, you're redirected to the employer's own application page or a partner site — either way, the employer's own application and hiring process governs from that point.

You agree to independently verify the authenticity of any employer, job listing, or company before sharing personal information, attending an interview, or making any payment of any kind. uaejobnest.com never charges job seekers a fee, and no legitimate employer should ever ask you to pay to be considered for a role — treat any such request as a red flag. Likewise, we do not charge employers to post jobs, manage a company profile, or use any feature of the Site — the platform is free for both sides.

You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, scrape or republish our listings in bulk without permission, attempt to compromise the security of the Site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The uaejobnest.com name, logo, website design, and original written content (including blog articles) are the property of uaejobnest.com and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission. Individual job listings remain the property of the employer or recruiter who submitted them, or the partner source they were aggregated from; we host and display them on their behalf.

Limitation of Liability

uaejobnest.com is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to review listings before they go live, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of every posting, and we are not responsible for the hiring decisions, employment terms, or conduct of any company or recruiter listed on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, uaejobnest.com is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with any employer found through it.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any employer account, and to edit, unpublish, or remove any job listing, at our sole discretion — including where we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms. You may also close your own account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Site or applicable law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
