Education / Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA or CA is preferred, or in progress

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and collections
• Working knowledge of an ERP system such as Oracle or SAP
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Handling complex reconciliations and customer accounts
• Understanding of internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Working well with customers and internal teams
• Interest in improving processes

Experience Required

5 to 7 years in accounts receivable or financial accounting roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices that match contract terms and tax rules
• Check billing documents, approvals, adjustments, and credit notes
• Track unpaid balances, spot high-risk accounts, and raise credit risks when needed
• Review reconciliations and settle payment disputes
• Lead AR month-end closing and review aging reports
• Support provisioning for expected credit losses and VAT reporting
• Prepare AR schedules and reports, and share insights on receivable trends
• Keep customer data in the ERP accurate and support system testing, automation, and audit documentation
