Retail Sales Executive

PlayVault is hiring a Retail Sales Executive for its new trading card game shop in Dubai Investments Park. You will help shop customers, answer WhatsApp enquiries, pack online orders, and help run in-store tournaments. The shop is open Tuesday to Sunday.

• Working Hours: 12:00 to 20:00, Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Monday)

Skills Required

• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable chatting with customers on WhatsApp
• Able to use a till and a computer
• Careful and organised, with good attention to detail when packing orders
• Honest with cash and stock
• Friendly and patient with customers of all ages
• Nice to have: knowledge of trading card games, tournament or gaming event experience, Shopify or order-packing experience, Arabic or other languages
• Card knowledge is a bonus. The company will train you on the products.

Experience Required

Sales experience in retail or another customer-facing role is required. UAE experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet shop customers and help them choose products such as gifts, first decks and collector boxes.
• Recommend products, make sales and take payments at the till.
• Handle returns and exchanges following company policy.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and well stocked on shelves and displays.
• Complete the daily closing, record POS, cash and payment totals, and report any differences.
• Reply to WhatsApp customers quickly about stock, product advice and order status.
• Pack online orders carefully, check items before dispatch, and prepare parcels for courier collection.
• Set up and run tournaments and events, including player registration, rounds and closing down.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates based in the UAE
• A valid UAE residence visa is preferred
• Must be able to work every shift from Tuesday to Sunday, including all weekends

Salary & Benefits

• AED 4,500 to 6,000 per month, depending on experience

Good to Know

Event nights may sometimes run past 20:00, and extra hours are paid in line with UAE labour law. Purchasing, suppliers, buying customer collections and card pre-grading are not part of this role.
