Customer Success Manager

Overview

Meltwater needs a Customer Success Manager in Dubai to keep its clients happy and using the product well. You will train users, spot at-risk accounts early, and support renewals. The role works closely with the Account Manager and Renewal Manager teams.

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred

• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
• Results-focused and proactive
• Able to work well with other teams

Experience Required

• At least 3 years of experience in account management

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Renewal Managers and Account Managers to understand what each customer needs.
• Guide customers so they get full value from Meltwater products.
• Run onboarding and training sessions for new customers.
• Contact accounts before their renewal date and handle any risks or at-risk accounts.
• Own customer retention and keep satisfaction and loyalty high.
• Hold executive business reviews to collect feedback and understand changing needs.
• Find upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to Account Managers.
• Give clients the tools and resources to become strong supporters of the product.
