Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly and aim for a 100% customer satisfaction score.
• Find out why customers have come and send them to the right department.
• Take customers with appointments to their Service Advisor.
• Thank customers politely when they leave.
• Report customer complaints to the Reception Manager quickly, so they can be resolved.
• Answer all phone calls and book appointments with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
• Cover reception duties when Service Advisors are unavailable.
• Report any health and safety issues that could affect customers or staff.

Good to Know

This is a front desk role where you will deal with walk-in customers and phone calls throughout the day. It suits people who enjoy helping others and staying organized.
