Stakeholder Engagement Manager

This role links the Business Development and Marketing teams. You will build and manage relationships with government bodies, ecosystem partners, and private sector organisations. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to the Head of Business Development & Marketing.

Education / Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma

Skills Required

• Strong background in stakeholder engagement and communications
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, outgoing, and approachable
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Able to suggest new ideas and carry them out

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Individual contributor role with no direct reports at this stage

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with government, semi-government and private sector stakeholders.
• Work with existing ecosystem partners in Masdar City and develop new external partnerships.
• Support engagement activities with government bodies such as ministries and regulators.
• Create stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Support the wider customer and marketing journey.
• Act as the link between the Business Development and Marketing teams.

Who Can Apply

• UAE Nationals only. A female candidate may be better suited for the role.
• Candidates from government or semi-government organisations are strongly preferred.
• Private sector candidates may be considered if they have ecosystem engagement experience and a proven record of working closely with government entities.
• Experience with bodies such as the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs or the Department of Health is an advantage.
• Candidates already based in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
• Candidates who are available now or have a short notice period are preferred.
