Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop media communication with newspapers and magazines.
• Stay in touch with media outlets and share the requirements for media activities when they take place.
• Build and maintain a long-term network of media contacts.
• Arrange interviews and meetings between senior management and the press, and prepare the list of press topics.
• Follow up on preparations for media activities and coordinate the technical and logistical needs.
• Review and confirm media requests for meetings, interviews, and events, and record them in the approved systems.
• Monitor media coverage of the entity's events and prepare reports.
• Handle other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
