Technology Experience Specialist (UI/UX)

Emirates is hiring a Technology Experience Specialist (UI/UX) in Dubai. The role focuses on designing clear and practical digital experiences for complex B2B and enterprise applications.

Job Overview:

• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Work with product, technology, development and business teams

Education / Qualification:

• Degree or Honours qualification, 12+3 or equivalent
• Background in Human Factors, Psychology, Design or a related field

Skills Required:

• Strong UX and Product Design experience
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variables, libraries and prototyping
• Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, data visualisation and usability
• Experience with design systems and service design
• User research, usability testing and prototype validation skills
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience with Agile product teams
• Knowledge of presentation and design tools such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision or Visio

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience in UX Design, Interaction Design and IT Architecture
• Experience with complex B2B, enterprise or operational applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Research user needs and test designs through usability testing.
• Design clear experiences for complex enterprise and operational applications.
• Create prototypes and detailed interaction designs using Figma and other tools.
• Help maintain and improve design systems and experience design standards.
• Use service design methods to improve end-to-end user journeys.
• Work with Scrum teams to turn user needs into clear user stories.
• Support design thinking workshops and training sessions.
• Monitor product usability and use findings to improve the user experience.
