Senior Supervisor Wanted for Multi-Site TMart Retail Operation

Lead 10 TMart stores across Dubai staff accommodations, manage a 26-person team, and own sales, stock and service standards in this senior retail supervisory role.

Running ten stores at once means no two days look the same. One morning you might be reconciling stock variances or reviewing vendor pricing, and by afternoon you're on the floor sorting out a customer complaint or checking that a store meets hygiene standards before an audit. This role sits at the center of a busy accommodation-based retail network, reporting on performance while keeping day-to-day operations tight across every location.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of revenue and gross profit targets across all ten TMart stores, and contribute to business cases for new store and kiosk openings as the network grows.
• Manage relationships and spend across 16 suppliers, including pricing discussions and contract renewals.
• Keep monthly petty cash and inventory valuation accurate, and make sure purchase records, sales reports and invoices go in on time.
• Run end-to-end store operations for the full 10-store portfolio, supervising a team of 26 and stepping in to cover store in-charge duties when needed.
• Own inventory control from goods receipt through binning, stock counts and variance resolution, with a strong focus on cutting losses.
• Keep POS data accurate and reliable across the Hulexo system, and act as the main point of contact during QA checks and internal audits.
• Build and manage staff rosters, track time and attendance, and oversee vendor service quality across all locations.
• Maintain consistent service standards, store presentation and visual merchandising, and resolve customer complaints quickly when they come up.
• Push for better controls, analytics and cross-team coordination with Procurement, Finance, HSE and Accommodation Administration to keep improving how the stores run.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of retail operations experience, including handling multiple sites at once.
• At least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager position.
• Intermediate college education.
• Comfortable with MS Office and Oracle, with solid experience using POS systems such as Hulexo, plus a good handle on inventory control and retail analytics.
• Working knowledge of UAE food safety and retail compliance requirements.
